The exhibition will be held at The Exchange TRX, located at Level 2 (below Shake Shack) from October 26, 2024, to December 29, 2024.
3. What are the opening hours of the exhibition?
The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:45 PM with the last admission at 9:00 PM.
4. What is the ticket price, and where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchase online through KLOOK, TICKET2U & CLOUDJOI platform. Visitors may also proceed to our ticketing counter located in front of the exhibition.
5. What is the duration of the experience?
Visitors can expect to spend approximately 1 hour exploring the immersive journey, which features a blend of interactive experiences and engaging physical displays. Throughout your visit, you will encounter environmental challenges throughout the immersive experience, photo opportunities, and a variety of enriching elements designed to enhance your experience.

Yes! The journey is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for visitors of all ages, including children and adults. The exhibition is both entertaining and educational, with a focus on sustainability and environmental awareness.
7. Can I re-enter the exhibition on the same day?
No, re-entry is not permitted. Your ticket is only valid for the pre-booked time slot, so please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your pre-booked time slot and enjoy the experience within your allocated time.

Photography and videography for personal use is permitted. However, flash photography and videography are strictly prohibited to avoid disrupting the immersive experience and causing disturbance to other visitors.
12. Is there parking available at The Exchange TRX?
Yes, parking is available at The Exchange TRX for visitors, the nearest parking to the exhibition located at Hall A.
13. Can I bring food or drinks into the exhibition?
No, food and drinks are prohibited within the exhibition area to retain the quality of the installations and protect the artwork. However, café is available to serve food and drinks if needed.
14. Is the exhibition accessible to OKU (Orang Kurang Upaya)?
Yes, the exhibition is fully accessible, and wheelchairs are permitted throughout the immersive journey. However, wheelchairs can only access the Door of Magic, as the Door of Adventure features a slide that requires participants to slide through, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.
15. Are pets allowed in the exhibition?
No, pets are not allowed.
16. How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be emailed along with a QR code after purchase is completed. Kindly ensure that your QR code is kept secure and avoid sharing it with others to prevent misuse, as each ticket only allows for single entry.
17. What happens if I arrive late or unable to complete the journey within the allocated time slot?
Please note that we operate on a pre-booked time slot system, and you will need to book your visit time after purchasing your ticket. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of late arrival or if you miss your reserved time. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure you have the full experience.
